Thanksgiving 2014

Please ignore the dirty glass on our fireplace.  This is our family photo from Thanksgiving.  We had a fun one this year.  It was our first time hosting!  Eric's grandmother, parents, brother and his family and sister and her family all traveled to spend the weekend with us.  It was a low-key event with yummy food (Eric did a knock out job on the turkey), a little Black Friday shopping, game-playing and phone fixing.  The kids and their families also went to the trampoline park to get our wiggles out.  Thursday was a very warm day, we went on a walk without coats and soaked in the sunshine.  Then, Saturday it snowed!  Quite the change from two days earlier, but fun nonetheless.  It was great to be together with family.  The kids played together very well, spending hours coloring, playing and doing crafts.  We love having family visit.
